Mike plays a central role in driving sales performance and deal execution across CCL. With nine years of experience and over $125 million in career sales, he brings a high level of production knowledge and real-world deal experience to the team.

A Bucks County native and graduate of Holy Ghost Prep and Drexel University, Mike spent a decade living in Philadelphia before settling in Yardley with his wife and two children. His background in construction gives him a practical understanding of property value, structure, and long-term investment potential, which informs both his client work and deal strategy.

As Director of Sales and Team Lead, Mike is actively involved in structuring offers, navigating negotiations, and supporting agents through complex transactions. He works closely with the team to refine approach, strengthen performance, and ensure deals move forward with clarity and control.

His business has been built on referrals and repeat clients, reflecting a relationship-driven approach and a reputation for consistency, follow-through, and results.
