His background in construction gives him a practical understanding of property value, structure, and long-term investment potential, which informs both his client work and deal strategy.
As Director of Sales and Team Lead, Mike is actively involved in structuring offers, navigating negotiations, and supporting agents through complex transactions. He works closely with the team to refine approach, strengthen performance, and ensure deals move forward with clarity and control.
