David Snyder is the founder of CCL Real Estate and the Founder and Operating Principal of Keller Williams Empower, and a commanding presence in the Philadelphia real estate market with more than 30 years of experience driving transactions, development, and long-term market influence.
His career spans every layer of the business, including residential and multi-family sales, commercial assets, new construction, and large-scale development. As both an operator and investor, David has led condo developments, multi-family projects, single-family renovations, and ground-up construction, giving him a level of insight that extends well beyond traditional brokerage.
After decades in the industry, David built CCL to reflect a more deliberate way of operating real estate, aligning agents, marketing, and operations into a cohesive system designed to produce a higher level of execution and consistency.
That foundation is reflected in the team itself, where agents have worked alongside him for decades and continue to build their businesses within the environment he created, a reflection of both trust in his vision and the strength of the model.
David’s production and leadership have earned national recognition, including ranking among the top 100 agents in the country through PREA 100, multiple Chairman’s Circle awards at the Platinum, Diamond, and Gold levels, and the Entrepreneurial Award for team production in Pennsylvania.
David grew up in Society Hill and was educated at William Penn Charter School and Friends Select School before attending Lehigh University. He lives in Philadelphia with his wife and their two children and spends summers in Longport.
