Known for her organization and ability to manage multiple moving parts, Skye plays a central role in keeping both people and systems connected.
She studied psychology at Temple University, bringing a thoughtful and people-focused perspective to how systems and teams operate. A licensed real estate agent and South Philadelphia resident, she combines that understanding with a practical approach to leading the infrastructure that supports the business.
Sage is responsible for how CCL is presented to the market, leading all marketing strategy, branding, and campaign execution across the team. With over a decade of experience in real estate and development marketing, she focuses on positioning listings and projects to stand out in competitive environments.
Her background spans New York and Philadelphia markets, combining brand development with hands-on execution. From initial positioning to launch, Sage ensures every listing is marketed with intention and clarity.
Her work directly supports agents and listings, translating strategy into visibility and driving performance across the board. She lives in Old City and stays closely connected to the neighborhoods and lifestyle that shape the market.
Lauren oversees all transactions across the team, managing the process from contract through closing. She coordinates with all parties involved, keeps timelines on track, and ensures each deal progresses smoothly and efficiently.
With a background in transaction management and operations, including running her own real estate services company, she brings a deep understanding of deal structure and workflow management. She is known for anticipating challenges early and keeping transactions moving without disruption.
