Kristin Searles is a Delaware Realtor with CCL Real Estate at Keller Williams Empower, specializing in single-family homes in Middletown, Odessa, and Townsend (the MOT area) and across Southern New Castle County, south of the C&D Canal. She has helped more than 350 clients buy and sell homes throughout New Castle County and Kent County.
Kristin lives in Townsend, where she and her husband, Ryan, own a 12-acre farm. She knows the area street by street, with a particular focus on Townsend Village, Goldsborough Farms, and the Blackbird Creek area. That local knowledge shapes how she prices homes, prepares listings, and helps buyers compare communities across the MOT region.
As a second-generation Realtor, Kristin learned the business from her mother, Pat Wise-Strehle. Before joining CCL, she spent more than five years as Lead Buyer Agent on a top-producing Middletown team, where she built and ran its highest-producing buyer division.
Clients work with Kristin for her steady, structured approach to transactions that are often complex and emotional. She keeps every step clear, so sellers and buyers can make confident decisions without guessing what comes next. Most of her business comes from repeat clients and referrals.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Kristin moved to Delaware in 2010. Outside of real estate, she spends time with family, friends, and the animals on her farm, and stays involved with Townsend’s small business and agricultural community.
