Pat Barmann is a Greater Cleveland real estate professional, Team Lead, and Founder of CCL Cleveland. He has lived in the Cleveland area for more than 35 years and has worked in real estate since 2011.

Before becoming a full-time agent, Pat worked in title insurance and as a loan officer, giving him a broader understanding of financing, closing, and the many moving parts behind a real estate transaction. That experience now informs the way he guides buyers and sellers, from pricing and negotiation through contract and closing.

Pat has completed more than 250 transactions, has been ranked in the top 1.5% of agents nationwide, and has earned more than 75 five-star Google reviews. His business serves clients throughout Greater Cleveland, with a particular focus on Cleveland Heights, University Heights, Shaker Heights, and the surrounding communities.

He is also a designated Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), bringing additional training and experience to clients age 60 and older who are navigating lifestyle changes, downsizing, relocation, or other real estate decisions.
