Will O'Reilly has been a dedicated real estate professional since 2018, with over $24 million in career sales across the Greater Philadelphia area. He's drawn less to the transaction itself than to what happens inside the walls: the way people reshape a space, solve for a layout that shouldn't work, and make a house their own.
A Havertown native, Will moved into the city to attend Temple University, where he earned degrees in Finance and Real Estate. An internship with a KW team during his junior year turned into his career: he earned his license that summer and started selling homes before he'd even graduated.
His range is wide by design. He'll spend hours modeling numbers for an investor weighing a renovation project, then turn around and walk a first-time buyer through every line of a contract, then sit with a seller through a negotiation that's gotten emotional. Whatever the deal requires, he brings it. That same hands-on instinct shows up in the high-end renovation projects he's managed in South Philly, work that sharpened his eye for design, functionality, and long-term value.
He's not motivated by recognition. Will finished his degree on schedule, with a 3.67 GPA, while recovering from a serious injury that kept him off his feet for nine months, proof of a determination that doesn't give up no matter the odds.
His focus spans row homes and investment properties in South Philly to suburban transactions across the region, working with investors and FSBOs as often as traditional buyers and sellers, anywhere within an hour of Philadelphia and further for the right opportunity.
